ACCOMMODATION
Spacious, two bedroom, air-conditioned apartments with
verandahs. The apartments are on the first floor of a small development and are
close to, and offer excellent views of, the sea.
Carlotta is apartment no. 1
and Roberto is no. 2.
The apartments sleep a maximum of five persons each,
with the possibility accommodating a sixth person upon request, for a small
supplement.
The apartments are well furnished, spacious and air-conditioned.
The apartments offer similar specifications, except that Apartment Roberto has a
larger verandah/sun terrace.
The following applies to both apartments:
Lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area, which is furnished with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV, opens onto a front balcony. The modern, fitted kitchen area has a gas oven and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The dining table seats four.
The bedrooms and bathroom are off the lounge. The master bedroom, which opens onto the side verandah, has a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and also opens onto the side verandah. Both bedrooms have ample storage space through fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled and features a bath/shower, w.c. and washbasin.
OTHER FACILITIES & INFORMATION
Table, chairs on
the verandah. There is use of the swimming pool, bar, restaurant and sun
loungers at the excellent Blue Spice complex, shown below, which is just around
the corner (2 minute walk).
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels. Air-conditioning is optional and it's use is subject to a local charge of CY£2.50 per unit/per day.
Protaras and Penera are noted for their excellent beaches and fine selection of restaurants and tavernas.
