Location: Protaras area (south eastern side of the island).

Two bedroom, detached villa on two floors, situated close to the beach.

ACCOMMODATION
Fully furnished, open plan lounge/kitchen.

TV and stereo system in lounge.

Fully equipped, fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster etc..

Two bedrooms, both upstairs. One has a double bed while the other has two singles. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Two bathrooms. One upstairs with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin and one downstairs with shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Patios at front and side. Patio table and chairs provided.

Built-in barbecue with sink and serving/preparation area.

Roof top verandah (ideal for sun-bathing).

Sunbeds provided.

Private parking.

Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The sofas in the lounge will sleep two children - see note below. (Villa Alexia is not suitable for more than 4 adults.)
 
OTHER FACILITIES & INFORMATION
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels.
USE OF AIR-CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Note: A small supplement of £30 per week applies for parties of six persons.

Beach/coast: 2 minute walk. (Two minutes walk from the villa (not Fig Tree Bay side), steps with a handrail have been erected to enable people to swim in the clear crystal waters below. This area is all sandy.)
Beach at Fig Tree Bay: 4/5 minute walk.
Protaras centre: approx. 10 minute walk.
Nearest mini-market: 2 minute walk.
Nearest bars and restaurants: 2 minute walk.
Bus stop: 5 minute walk.
Paralimni town centre: 20 minutes by car.
Larnaca airport: approx. 60 minutes by car.
