General: Ayia Triada - Protaras area (south eastern side of the island).

 

Three bedroom villa on two floors, situated in Ayia Triada in a small cul-de-sac of private villas. It is only 400 metres from the beach.

 

Ground Floor

 

Open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen opening onto pool area.
Lounge area with sofa and armchairs, TV and CD player.
Dining area with table and six chairs.
Fitted kitchen with microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and plenty of utensils.
Shower room with shower, w.c. and washbasin.
Private swimming pool surrounded with non-slip tiles (7m x 3.5m - depth varies from 1m to 1.5m). Please Note: The pool is not suitable for diving.
Sunbeds and parasol.
Barbecue, outside sink.
Small garden with automatic watering system.

 

First Floor

 

3 Bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin). All with modern furnishings, matching bedspreads and curtains, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms opens onto verandah.
Bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin. 

 

Air-conditioning is optional and is charged at CY£2.50 per unit per day payable in resort
