The villa will sleep 4 people.  There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.  Both bedrooms lead onto a veranda and have sea views.  Fitted wardrobes.  Family bathroom.

The ground floor is open plan - the lounge has satellite TV and DVD.  There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. Shower room with w.c. 

The swimming pool is 9m x 3m with sun beds, and patio furniture.  There are patios and verandas for you to relax in the shade or the sun.  Off road parking.

Location

The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive from the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa.  The small beach at Ayia Thekla is only a few minutes walk and is ideal for children.  There is a small supermarket and a sea front restaurant just a couple of minutes away. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife.  The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away.
