supermarket.
The traditional old hilltop village of Peyia, with its shops and restaurants
is a 5 minute drive. Paphos town, with its daily fruit and crafts market and
interesting shops, is approx. a 20 minute drive. Coral Bay and local beaches are
a 10 minute drive. The property caters for up to 8 persons (* see Note
below).
ACCOMMODATION
This is an extremely spacious villa,
with an extra sitting room upstairs and large terraces on the first and ground
floor. The accommodation consists of:
3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin (wide beds). All bedrooms have their own balcony/terrace.
1 bathroom with bath, shower and w.c and 1 with shower and w.c., all upstairs.
Air-conditioned dining area and lounge.
Lounge is equipped with TV, CD/Tape/Radio and opens on to lovely terrace overlooking the pool.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer.

Barbecue.
Private garden and drive with shaded private parking.
Private pool 8m x 4m with Roman steps. Poolside is equipped with 6 sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.

Air conditioning/warm air heating is available in all bedrooms and lounge.
There are 4 units in all and their use is subject to a local charge of
