Spacious, air-conditioned lounge with a log fireplace, satellite TV and CD player..

Open plan dining area seating 8 persons.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fitted units, electrical appliances, crockery and utensils.

Double bedroom with access to it's own shower and w.c.. (The doorways to the bedroom and shower room are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.)

Private swimming pool 8.5m x 4m (depth 0.9m to 1.9m). The pool can be heated (* see Note 2 below).

Open terrace overlooking pool/garden area. Garden features speakers and hidden lighting.

Barbecue available.

First Floor:

3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin). Each bedroom opens onto it's own balcony.

2 bathrooms comprising bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin (one of the baths has a Jacuzzi type facility).

Cot available upon request.

OTHER FACILITIES & INFORMATION
All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The use of the air-conditioning is optional and is subject to a local charge of CY£3.00 per unit/per day for the bedrooms and CY£3.50 per day for the lounge.
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels.

*Note 1: The prices quoted for this property are based on an occupancy of up to 6 persons. Extra persons, up to a maximum total occupancy of 8, will incur an extra charge of £6.25 per person/per night.

*Note 2: Pool heating is charged at CY£15 per day from November to March and at CY£12 per day during the rest of the year. The minimum period required for pool heating is 3 days.
