On the ground floor of the main house you will find a large open plan kitchen /dining / living area which opens out onto a covered balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is satellite television, a DVD and CD player. There is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and steps lead down to double studio bedroom complete with kitchenette and en suite shower room. This studio is accessed via an external entrance.
On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms, supplement payable locally. Ample covered parking available. Heating from the dual cooling/heating units and night storage heaters is available at no extra charge between Nov-Apr if required.

Location
A 10 minute stroll to Coral Bay, which has bars, shops and, what is considered to be, the best sandy beach in the Pafos district. Coral Bay Beach has been awarded the “ European Blue Flag”. A 5 minute drive will take you to Pegeia Square, where you can enjoy a traditional Cypriot meal in one of the local taverns. There are also supermarkets, banks and a pharmacy. The busy resort of Pafos is only a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, museums and ancient sites as well as a lovely fishing harbour where you can relax or take a boat trip.
