The villa sleeps 8 people. There is one double bedroom with en-suite facilities and balcony overlooking the pool, one twin bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed with an additional pull out bed beneath. Family bathroom with shower. A cot and stair gates are available if required. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor is an open plan lounge with TV, DVD and CD player. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a dining table and chairs for 6. In the lounge area are two three seater sofas. There is also an additional shower room with w.c. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in this area.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with sun beds, patio furniture and BBQ. The garden has railings with gates to the pool as a safety measure. This is particularly useful if you have young children. Views to open countryside at the back. Sea views to the front.

Location
The property is located in Ayia Thekla just a few minutes walk from the coast. The famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach are approx. 1 km as is a small supermarket and sea front restaurant. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife.
