The villa sleeps 8 people. There is one double bedroom on the ground
floor with en-suite.
On the first floor there is one double and one twin
bedroom. There is also an open plan attic-type room which is used as a
bedroom with two single beds – only suitable for children since it is an open
area and has a low sloping ceiling. Family bathroom.
On the ground floor is an open plan lounge with satellite TV and DVD.
There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Shower room. Dining
area.
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with sun beds, patio furniture,
hammock
There is a waterfall rock area located at the end of the
pool.
Air-conditioning included. Cot hire available at a small
supplement.
4 WD vehicle recommended. Please enquire for car hire
rates.
Location
A 5 minute drive to the beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig
Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is a just a 10 minute drive. Ayia
Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld
are only 15 minutes away. The town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and
has 2 large supermarkets as well as many shops and an interesting town
centre.
