These are amongst the most attractive and well maintained villas available in Paphos and are an enjoyable holiday retreat for all ages. The villas are managed as a family business, whose own house is located amongst the villas, they are therefore available 24 hours a day if you should need them. Each fully air-conditioned spacious villa has a large swimming pool which is maintained daily and is situated on its own extensive private property surrounded by vibrant coloured gardens where you can enjoy your privacy.
All villas are orientated to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sea views.

Location
The villas are situated in a semi rural location of the Coral Bay / Sea Caves area of Peyia ( Pegeia ) Village, Paphos ( Pafos ), Cyprus, only 800 meters away from the sea and close to Coral Bay beach.

Distances by car to: Paphos Town: 15 minutes
Peyia Village Center: 4 minutes: Peyia Village has banks, grocery shops, restaurants, local bars etc.  Coral Bay Beach: 4 minutes

The Villas

We have two single storey, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Villas.
One of these villas is especially designed for wheelchair accessibility.
 
We have four 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Villas, each with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
We have one two storey 2 bedroom/2 ½ bathroom Villa with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Each villa has a paved lounging area around the pools, sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and outdoor dining suite, charcoal BBQ's and outdoor shower.

Open plan Lounge/Dining areas: The 3 bedroom villas have seating for 6 adults. The 2 bedroom villa has seating for 4 adults. TV, Video, DVD, Satellite, CD/Cassette/Radio player and books are provided in each villa.

Dining table and chairs for 6 adults. All lounge/dining areas lead off onto large pergola covered verandas/patios overlooking gardens, pool and sea views.

Kitchen: Well equipped with breakfast bar and stools, and are equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric ceramic hotplate and oven with exhaust fan. All china, cutlery, pots and pans etc. included.

Separate laundry areas (from the kitchen) within the villas and include washing machine, basin, pegs, iron, ironing board and exterior rotary clothesline.

Bedrooms: Built-in wardrobe units. Each bedroom has a veranda with outdoor furniture.

Air-conditioning units are provided in each bedroom and living/dining areas of all the villas. Air conditioning is included in the price.

Towels and linen provided.  Bring your own beach towels.
Cleaning service once a week including towel and linen change.
Safes are provided in each villa.
