With entry though the kitchen door, this
level offers good wheelchair access, suitable also for elderly guests.
Lounge/Dining Room Large double aspect room with 3 Sofas, Coffee Table, Large Dining Table with 8 Chairs and 2 Air-Conditioning units. The lounge has views of the swimming pool and surrounding area.
Kitchen Fully fitted with Gas Cooker, Fridge-Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. The kitchen door leads to the car park.
Bedroom 1 Double bed and fitted wardrobes with plenty of drawer and shelf space. This bedroom is air-conditioned and has en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. Patio doors lead to large balcony with panoramic views.
Bedroom 2 Good sized bedroom with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning.
Shower Room Fully tiled shower with toilet and washbasin.
LOWER LEVEL
Internal stairway leading to:
Bedroom 3 Large twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. Patio doors lead to balcony and steps to swimming pool.

Swimming Pool 10m long x 6m wide and ranging from 1m to 2.5m in depth,
with walk in steps at the shallow end. Large sunbathing area with sunbeds,

chairs suitable for outside dining. There are stunning views of Coral Bay and
the mountains from the swimming pool area.
OTHER FACILITIES &
INFORMATION
Car park with off-road parking for up to 6 cars. Linen and
towels are provided and are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach
towels. Air-conditioning is optional and it's use is subject to a local charge
at CY£2.00 per unit/per day. There are 5 units in the villa.
The nearest
beach is at Coral Bay which is approx. 5 minutes by car.
Shops, Bars,
Restaurants etc. are also approx. 5 minutes by car.
Paphos town centre can be
reached in approx. 20 minutes by car.
